Is there a car park?
Yes, even covered. 
We have a parking space for each apartment.
Parking space dimensions: width max. 2.4m; Height max. 2.3m;
Please let us know if you have more than one car.
We will be happy to help you organise a parking space.


Is there a charging point for electric vehicles?
Did you drive here in your electric car? No problem, there are several charging stations in Lech:
Not far from the Naturhaus Loacker - at the Lech bridge, opposite the INTERSPORT sports shop
you will find a charging station from CutPower.

Can we bring our pet?
No, unfortunately not. We regret that we are unable to accommodate your pet.


Is there a lift?
No, unfortunately not.


Where can I store my ski equipment?
On the ground floor there is a ski depot for all guests with ample space for skis & snowboards - 
equipped with heated boot racks.


What about catering?
Naturhaus Loacker does not offer any form of catering. 
There are shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
In winter we offer a bread delivery service in cooperation with BACKSTUBE LECH.



Apartments

When are the apartments available? 
Our apartments are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.


Is it possible to arrive before 3 pm? 
Early check-in is possible if the apartment has not been occupied.


What is the check out time? 
We ask that you vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure.


Do the apartments have a balcony?
Each of our apartments has a balcony with seating.


What baby equipment is available at Naturhaus Loacker?
We are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge on request.


Holidays without the TV - how does it work?  
Give it a try. A good alternative is to read a good book or play a board game.  
You will find a small selection of games and books in the apartment you have booked.


Is there free WLAN?
Yes, of course.


Is there a coffee machine?
Each apartment is equipped with a filter coffee maker, a moka pot and a Philips Senseo tabs coffee maker.
Coffee tabs are available for your first breakfast.


Is the water of drinking quality?
Lech's drinking water is uniquely pure and enriched with valuable minerals.
Mountain spring water of the highest drinking quality flows from every tap.
The SodaStream in the apartment turns it into sparkling water.


Is there air conditioning?
No, just open the windows and let in the fresh mountain air.


Is there a safe? 
Each apartment is equipped with a small safe.


Is there a washing machine? 
Even on holiday you often need to do your washing, so each bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. 
Washing powder and a clothes horse are also available.


Is smoking allowed?
We love fresh air - that's why we are a non-smoking house. Smoking is only allowed outside.


Can I enter the apartment with street shoes?
Please do not enter your holiday home in street shoes, you will be most comfortable in the slippers you have brought with you anyway.


Should I separate my rubbish?
Even on holiday it is important to separate your rubbish.
Please separate paper, plastic packaging, coloured glass, white glass, metal cans, organic waste and residual waste.


When is the linen changed?
For longer stays (7 nights or more) bed linen will be changed by arrangement. Fresh towels are also available on request.


How are the apartments cleaned?
Throughout Naturhaus Loacker we use mainly environmentally friendly micro dry steam cleaning to protect not only our environment but also the health of our guests and staff. At the same time, we achieve water savings of 90%.

Where is the nearest bus stop?
There is a bus stop directly in front of Naturhaus Loacker. 
There is also a bus stop next to the Schlosskopf cable car, which is only a few minutes' walk away.


How far is the nearest lift?
The Schlosskopf cable car is 2 minutes from our Naturhaus Loacker. 
The Oberlech cable car is the nearest gondola lift and can be reached in 5 minutes.


Where is the nearest ski hire?
INTERSPORT Rent is just a few minutes' walk from Naturhaus Loacker, next to the Schlosskopf cable car. 
There you will find everything you need for the slopes.


Where can I rent bikes and e-bikes?
Quality bikes and e-bikes can also be hired from the INTERSPORT sports shop, just a few minutes' walk from Naturhaus Loacker.


Is there a playground nearby?
Just a few minutes' walk from Naturhaus Loacker there is a great playground at SPORT PARK LECH and
in winter the whole of Lech is transformed into a giant snow adventure playground.


Where is the nearest bank or cash dispenser?
A branch of Volksbank Vorarlberg and Raiffeisenbank Lech am Arlberg is within walking distance. 
A branch of Hypo Vorarlberg is next to Hotel Pfefferkorn and a branch of Sparkasse Bludenz Bank AG is just a few metres away,
opposite the Filomena supermarket.


Maps & timetables, where can I get them?
Maps of the area and suggested itineraries for all types of tours are available in the apartment.
More detailed information about the area is available from the tourist office.


Is there a doctor and pharmacy in the village?
There are doctors with home pharmacies in the village and they are on call at weekends.
