Arrival - On the day of arrival you can move into your holiday home from 3.00 pm.
In case of an earlier arrival, please give us a short call. If you are already going hiking or skiing on the day of arrival, 
we kindly ask you to park your car at the Schlosskopf car park and check in afterwards. 


Departure - On the day of departure we ask that you vacate your apartment by 10.00am.
There are no refunds for early departures. 


Booking guarantee & payment conditions - In case of a fixed reservation we ask you to pay a deposit of 40% of the total amount as a bank transfer within 2 weeks to our account (IBAN: AT 52 3744 9101 0003 1427; BIC: RVVGAT2B449). You can pay the remaining amount by another bank transfer no later than the day before your departure. 
Please note that we do not accept payments by credit card. 


Local tax - Please note that the municipality of Lech charges a local tax of €3.80* per person per day (14 years and over).
*Please note that the local tax may be increased by the municipality of Lech.


Travel Insurance & Cancellation Policy - sometimes in life everything comes differently. Unfortunately! We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Details of Europäische Reiseversicherung can be found at hotel.europaeische.at. If for any reason you are unable to make use of your stay at Naturhaus Loacker, the following cancellation conditions apply.
Cancellations are only possible in writing and will be charged on the total price as follows:
up to 3 months before arrival: 0% or free cancellation possible
up to 1 month before arrival: 40%
30 to 7 days before arrival: 70%
from 7 days before arrival: 90%
in case of no-show or early departure: 100%. 


Pets - We love animals, but of respect for other guests we do not accommodate four-legged friends.

Smoking - We are a non-smoking house. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
